Farm Livin' (Our Story)

I started working on the farm at the age of 11. I picking cucumbers, peppers, squash and barning tobacco was a regular summer job for about 8 summers. I was involved in the FFA in high school. I wanted to farm, but could not afford to start on my own. I attended the Ag Institute at the N.C. State University were I graduated with an Associates Degree in Swine Management. I worked a couple of different jobs and farmed for a few years, raising cotton and soybeans. I ended up getting out of the farming business and started a business with my brother, JDS Advertising, Inc.

With our business we work and have worked with a lot of farmers and agriculture business. Whether we are making them caps, shirts, decals or promotional items, I still get to work with and interact with the farming community. My nephew and I came up with the Farm Livin' logo and started developing some ideas for the designs and so here we are. I still love attending the youth livestock shows, farm shows, farm auctions, etc. I just have a product to offer them when I attend. Farm Livin' is my way of connecting with the farm communities across the country.

"The Farm Livin' idea came easy for me, because I love farming."

"I love the lifestyle, the people, the work and all that comes along with it."
